This website, including the set of web pages that comprise it, (hereinafter “Website”) belongs to PKTRAVELS, through which its users or clients (hereinafter “User” or “Users”) can access various information and services on travel and tourism.
All access to this Website is subject to each and every one of these General Conditions of Use of the Website (hereinafter, “General Conditions”), in the version published and in force at the time the User accesses the Site. Web. Therefore, it is mandatory that the User read the General Conditions carefully before using the Website, as well as the particular conditions that, where appropriate, complement, modify or replace the General Conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the Website, since they could have been modified since the last time you accessed it.

If PKTRAVELS has reasonable grounds to believe that an order has been placed in contravention of these General Conditions, it will be authorized to cancel it and may inform the relevant authorities.
Users should know that the contracting of the aforementioned services is governed by the specific or particular contractual conditions, according to the applicable legislation in each case, which are agreed by the Users with the Service Provider thereof and PKTRAVELS.

PKTRAVELS does not assume responsibility for the content or any type of transmission that Users include on its Website as well as between Users. The responsibility of the statements disseminated on the Website is exclusive to those who make them.

PKTRAVELS, as a general rule, does not review, filter, or approve User content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PKTRAVELS reserves the right to remove any content provided by the User that is contrary to the General Conditions, as well as to prevent or prohibit access to the Website, all at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without that the User has the right to any compensation.
If the User believes, at any time, that the contents of another User do not comply with the General Conditions, they can notify PKTRAVELS by email to the Customer Service Center. Upon receipt of any notification of this type, PKTRAVELS will use its best efforts to remove from its Website those contents that could violate the General Conditions.
PKTRAVELS will cooperate, if required by court order or by the relevant authorities, in the identification of the persons responsible for those contents that infringe the law.
The User authorizes that the images or content provided on the Website may be used by PKTRAVELS, in whole or in part, free of charge. 6. Partial nullity
Due to the decentralization of the legislative and control function of the legal framework that affects the activity carried out by travel agencies, it is possible that the General Conditions are subject to different jurisdictions or regulations. Therefore, in the event that any condition of the General Conditions is null or voidable, the validity of the same as a whole will not be affected by said circumstance.
The legally ineffective condition will be replaced by a new one, or interpreted in a legally acceptable way, that is as close as possible to the condition that would have been formalized had they been aware of the ineffectiveness of the condition in question.
7. Enforceability
The fact that PKTRAVELS does not demand compliance by the User with any condition of the General Conditions on one occasion will not affect in any way their right to demand compliance on a subsequent occasion or the right of any other party to demand compliance. .
Any waiver by PKTRAVELS of any of the rights or powers derived from the General Conditions must be made in writing. The omission by PKTRAVELS to demand strict compliance with any condition may not be considered in any case as a waiver, nor will it deprive PKTRAVELS of the right to subsequently demand strict compliance with them.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed in each and every one of its extremes by Spanish law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of capital Madrid, for any actions and claims that may arise from this relationship, as long as they do not a specific jurisdiction is established by law.
PKTRAVELS may offer the opportunity for the User to access its Website in different languages. However, in the event of any conflict or contradictory interpretation between the General Conditions of the different versions, the version in Spanish must prevail over the rest.
